If you are having trouble streaming a sports broadcast, try these troubleshooting tips:

-If you don't see a 'player' box, consider installing Adobe Flashplayer. Open 'Internet Explorer', and type or paste this link into the address bar: 

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP

then follow the instructions.

-Make sure your computer is set to use the current flash/audio player, not only the default player.

-Is the volume turned up? Check your speakers, but also try clicking on the 'speaker' icon at the bottom right of your screen and make sure the volume is turned up there & not muted

-Make sure you have Adobe flash player installed on your computer

-Refresh your browser window by clicking on the circular arrow in the address window in Firefox, or the green up & down arrows in the box next to the address window in Internet Explorer

-Close out of the browser completely.  Then re-open and come back to the kcgm.com site and the streaming page
